The analysis of the elemental composition of steels and alloys is carried out both in order to establish the grade of the material of metal products in conditions of absence of reliable information about the material used, and in the event of disputable situations during the supply of rolled metal or finished metal products, when the consumer of the product has reasonable doubts about its proper quality.
The Forensic expert kollegium analyzes the elemental composition and determines the grade of steels, cast irons and other iron-based alloys by the non-destructive method of laser-spark emission spectrometry.
Laser-spark emission spectrometry can be carried out both in laboratory conditions and at the customer's site. The advantage of laser-spark emission spectrometry is that there is no need for sampling, so the analyzed parts are not the subject of destruction.
The analysis of the elemental composition of steels and alloys is carried out at the Forensic expert kollegium using measuring equipment which was entered to the state register of measuring instruments of the Republic of Belarus and passed state metrological verification, using the measurement procedure, certified by the Belarusian state institute of metrology.
You can order the analysis of the elemental composition and the determination of the grade of steels, cast irons and other alloys based on iron at the Forensic expert kollegium at: Minsk, Zhukovskogo st., 11A, 4th floor
