The Forensic expert kollegium has the following documents confirming its right to carry out various activities:
- license № 07050/16 for implementation of forensic expertise activities;
- certificate of conformity № 0000420-OB of the third category for the right to perform works on in the field of buildings and structures inspection, valid until November 5th, 2026;
- certificate of conformity № BY/112 05.01. 002.01 00821 on STB ISO 9001-2015 for the provision of services in the field of carrying out forensic expertise, special studies (goods expertise) and consultations on them; carrying out measurements, examinations and non-destructive testing; assessment of the value of objects of civil rights; performance of design calculations, acoustic, lighting and heat engineering calculations in the field of construction; calculations of ventilation and air conditioning systems, strength calculations and calculations in the field of designing sanitary protection zones; performance of work on the buildings and structures inspection; special psychophysiological studies (examinations) with polygraph;
- certificate of conformity № BY/112 05.01. 002 10350 on STB ISO 9001-2015 for performing the functions of a customer, developer, provision of engineering services in the implementation of activities in the field of construction of objects of 1-4 complexity classes, including performing the functions of a customer, developer, provision of engineering services for the integrated management of construction activities, technical supervision of general construction works, works in the field of water supply and sewerage, works on ventilation and air conditioning systems installation, works in the field of heat supply, gas supply, electricity supply, technical supervision of landscaping.
All expertise, special studies, measurements and calculations are carried out by the employees of the Forensic expert kollegium only. We do not involve service centers or other structural divisions of interested parties or the so-called «partner» organizations while providing all types of services, especially forensic expertise.
Employees of the Forensic expert kollegium in their field of knowledge are specialists, certified by:
- State committee of forensic expertise of the Republic of Belarus;
- Ministry of construction and architecture of the Republic of Belarus;
- State committee for property of the Republic of Belarus;
- State committee for standardization of the Republic of Belarus;
- accredited bodies for mandatory and voluntary certification of personnel.
Expertise and special studies at the Forensic expert kollegium are carried out on our own testing and measuring equipment, which in due course undergoes periodic state verification (calibration). All of the measurements and tests are carried out by trained employees with significant experience in the relevant area, therefore we always guarantee the reliability of our results.
Our own developed material and technical base, including measuring and testing instruments, tools and auxiliary means, premises, corresponding to the implementation of various specific works, allow the Forensic expert kollegium to provide a wide range of services in many special areas.
Employees of the Forensic expert kollegium periodically undergo not only mandatory professional advanced training, which is required by law, but also training in modern latest technologies and research methods.
Employees of the Forensic expert kollegium are both highly qualified specialists in their fields of knowledge, but also people with high moral and ethical principles. We do not perform expertise or work with «custom» conclusions or measurement (examinations) results. We do not condone the illegal activities of any interested person or organization. We keep confidential information received from our customers confidential.
We conduct independent expertise and examinations. That is why the motto of the Forensic expert kollegium is «Explorationes expertae proxima via ad vero est», which translates from Latin as «Expert studies make the closest path to Truth».
