The Forensic expert kollegium conducts design calculations to determine noise levels caused by the impact of various sources on the ground, the impact of these noise sources on the territory of existing and prospective residential buildings and justify the need for noise protection measures.
If a discrepancy between the noise level and the requirements of the current regulatory and technical regulations is revealed, it is necessary to develop noise protection measures to ensure the regulatory parameters of the acoustic environment, which should be reflected in the design documentation for the construction and reconstruction of buildings for various purposes.
When developing noise protection measures, an analysis of the urban development situation in the area of the facility location is carried out, the actual values of noise sources (vehicles, technological and other equipment) are determined, the acoustic impact of existing noise sources is analyzed, the influence of sources of physical impact (noise) on the territory of existing or prospective residential development and other objects of the residential area, industrial buildings, etc. is determined.
The development of noise protection measures is carried out in accordance with the mandatory requirements of building codes SN 2.04.01-2020 «Protection from noise» and sanitary rules and norms from November 16th, 2011 № 115 «Noise at workplaces, in vehicles, in residential and public buildings and in residential areas».
The calculations of acoustic screens for noise protection at the Forensic expert kollegium are carried out using licensed specialized software AWP «Acoustics» 3D.
The AWP «Acoustics» 3D program is designed to calculate the acoustic impact of technological and transport noise sources on standardized objects and allows you to design a terrain plan, buildings and calculation objects in two-dimensional and three-dimensional modes.
