Issues to be resolved during the production of a forensic commodity furniture expertise:
- Do the dimensions, materials, color of cabinet furniture correspond to the dimensions, materials, color listed in the specification (in the contract for the manufacture of furniture in the absence of a specification) №. ... to the contract for the manufacture of furniture №. ... dated xx.xx.xxxx?
- Does the quality of the presented cabinet furniture meet the requirements of regulatory legal and technical regulatory legal acts established in the Republic of Belarus for this type of work, are there any defects in this furniture, including the hidden ones?
- What deviations from the requirements of regulatory legal and technical regulatory legal acts were made in the manufacture of the presented furniture and its assembly?
- Is there any unevenness in the painting of the facades of the presented furniture, if any, is this unevenness in coloring acceptable in accordance with the requirements of technical regulatory legal acts?
- In what period did each of the identified defects occur: before the moment this furniture was installed, during the installation process - in connection with the elimination of defects or during operation, what is the reason for the identified defects?
- Do the actual dimensions of the built-in cabinet (kitchen, dresser, etc.) correspond to the nominal dimensions of the sketch (drawings and other graphic images)?
- Are the products presented for expertise unsuitable for operation (of poor quality)?
- Do the accompanying documents for the presented furniture or on its packaging contain information about the furniture manufacturer, if so, who is the manufacturer?
- Are there any defects (deep folds, wrinkles, violation of the symmetry of the pattern, etc.) in the upholstery fabric of a set of upholstered furniture for relaxation (sofa, chair-bed, bench, etc.)?
- Does the presented furniture have the following defects ….. (specific defects are listed)?
- What is the lifespan of this product?
- What defects are there in the presented product, do they worsen the appearance of the product?
- Are there any defects in the presented products which occurred in the result of flooding, if so, which ones?
- What is the degree of physical deterioration of the presented furniture?
