The conclusion of a psychological examination or a special psychophysiological study consists of introductory, research parts and conclusions of the expert (specialist).
The introductory part of the conclusion of examination indicates the grounds for the expertise (contract or court order), lists the questions that were put to resolution of the study, documentary data confirming the specialist’s competence (higher education diplomas, retraining diplomas on the basis of higher education in the specialties “Psychology” and “Special psychophysiological studies using a polygraph”, information on advanced training), describes the time and place of the examination. Also, in the introductory part of the conclusion of examination, it is indicated that before the start of the examination, the procedure for conducting a special study was explained to the person being examined in an accessible form, the methods used in the production of the examination were indicated, as well as the entitlements granted regarding the voluntariness of passing the expert examination and the ability to give explanations to the specialist related to the subject of the study and the procedure for its implementation. It is described whether the interviewed person agreed to undergo the examination using all of the proposed methods, and whether the interviewed person has any health contraindications.
The research part of the examination conclusion indicates who is the initiator of this examination (in some cases, different persons may be the initiator and the customer of the examination), as well as a summary of the facts on the subject of the study, known to the initiator and the person being examined at the time of the beginning of the study.

When carrying out contact detection of ideal trace information, a decoding of all protocols is given with an indication of scores for each block of the study, a conclusion is given for each block of parameters.
In retrospective diagnostics of emotional states, selected combinations of the examined person are indicated for each of the states, correlation coefficients of ranks are calculated for each emotional state in relation to the rent situation and the control block, an analysis is made of the preservation of the authenticity of the psychophysiological congruence of the retrospective dynamics of real affects and the psychophysiological typicality of the retrospective dynamics of real affects to a specific normative scatter of the physiology of the functioning of higher mental functions of a person.
When applying projective and apperceptive research methods, a brief analysis of the images drawn, selected or described by the person being examined is given, conclusions are given regarding the situation under study.
When conducting a special psychophysiological study using a contact polygraph:
- the model of the polygraph, the name and version of the software are indicated;
- research methods are indicated (names of research and verification tests, the number of presentations of each test);
- the questions of all the tests presented are listed, indicating the answers for each of them (if during the test the interviewee changes the answer to one of the questions, this fact is indicated separately);
- all reactograms of the tests performed are given, while each reactogram displays the test and all test questions, the number of the test presentations and the time scale of the test, which eliminates the possibility of “faking test results”;
- in case of detection of deliberate opposition to contact polygraph examination, a description of all identified signs of opposition is given with the localization of this opposition on reactograms and screenshots of the video recording of the examination process are attached;
- methods for calculating reactograms are indicated;
- the results of the calculation of reactograms are presented in a tabular form indicating the scores for each of the questions and in total on the topic of the examination;
- conclusions on the questions posed are given.
When analyzing facial movements in a tabular form, screenshots from a video recording of the examination process are given with a display of micro-emotions and their decoding for each rental situation or its episode.
In the summary of the research part of the conclusion of the examination, an analysis is made of the presence or absence of cross-correlation between the results of all applied methods.
The conclusions provide the general conclusion of the specialist on the issues raised, listing the research methods with which these results were obtained.
