On November 21, 2025, the Head of the testing laboratory of the Forensic expert kollegium, Konstantin Dadzkou, conducted training sessions as part of the advanced training course “Management and safety assurance system for equipment operating under excess pressure (vessels, boilers, boiler houses, pipelines)” for industry specialists.

The topic of the session was “Operation of boiler houses equipped with steam boilers with steam pressure not exceeding 0.07 MPa and hot-water boilers with water heating temperatures not exceeding 115 °C”. The training took place at the State educational institution “Institute for advanced training and retraining of managers and industry specialists ‘Industry personnel’”.

On November 20, 2025, the Head of the testing laboratory of the Forensic expert kollegium, Konstantin Dadzkou, conducted training for industry specialists on the topic: “Welded joints. Methods of non-destructive testing. Requirements for technical inspection and diagnostics of equipment operating under excessive pressure.”

The training was held as part of the professional development course “Management and Safety Assurance System for Equipment Operating Under Excessive Pressure (vessels, boilers, boiler rooms, pipelines)” at the State Educational Institution “Institute for advanced training and retraining of managers and specialists of industry ‘Kadry Industrii’”.

On August 21, 2025, the Head of the testing laboratory of the Forensic expert kollegium, Konstantin Dadzkou, conducted a training session on the topic “Welded joints. Inspection. Methods of non-destructive testing. Requirements for technical expertise and diagnostics of equipment operating under excess pressure” as part of the advanced training course “Management and industrial safety assurance system for equipment operating under excess pressure (vessels, boilers, boiler houses, pipelines)” at the State educational institution "Institute for advanced training and retraining of managers and industry specialists “Industry personnel”.

On April 24^th, 2025, Konstantin Dadzkou, the Head of the testing laboratory of the Forensic expert kollegium, conducted a training session at the State educational institution "Institute for advanced training and retraining of industrial managers and specialists "Industry personnel". The topic of the session was: "Welded joints. Control. Non-destructive testing methods. Requirements for technical inspection and diagnostics of equipment under excess pressure". The training was held as part of the advanced training course "Management and industrial safety system for operating equipment under excess pressure (vessels, boilers, boiler houses, pipelines)".

Today, the Director of the Forensic expert kollegium Gennady Ignatkovich spoke at a seminar at the Belarusian republican bar association with a report on the topic "Features of conducting forensic expertise outside of forensic institutions and highly specialized construction and technical expertise".
