The Forensic expert kollegium is carrying out periodic testing of personnel with the use of polygraph for its customers under contracts on an ongoing basis in order to prevent:
- violations of job descriptions, negligent performance of their duties;
- theft of both material values and confidential information;
- unauthorized publication or distribution of confidential information constituting an official or commercial secret of the organization;
- destructive activities of employees in relation to their own employer or planning such activities in the future;
- receipt of side income related to the use of one's official position (bribes, kickbacks, running one's own parallel business using the resources of the employing organization);
- use of official position and working time for personal purposes;
- working for competing organizations or criminal structures (redirecting clients to a competing organization, working as a “spotter” for organized criminal groups, creating “unbearable” working conditions for employees at the current employer and indirectly poaching to another organization, theft of personnel and client databases, protected objects of intellectual property, etc.).
As practice shows, carrying out selective periodic testing of personnel with the use of polygraph allows you to discipline employees more and significantly reduce the likelihood of emergencies in the organization. Most employees, if a proper preliminary conversation about the need for such testing is held, are calm about office interviews with the use of a polygraph. A sharp negative reaction to internal polygraph tests, as a rule, is shown by employees who improperly perform their duties or commit illegal activities in relation to the employer. After the introduction of scheduled selective periodic testing of personnel, after some time, usually is seen an outflow of "unreliable" and conflict employees from the organization, and the overall labor discipline at the enterprise increases, which gradually leads to an increase in the effectiveness and efficiency of the entire organization.
It should be noted that selective periodic testing of personnel with the use of polygraph are not carried out in relation to persons who have contraindications for a polygraph survey.
Selective periodic testing of personnel with the use of polygraph can be carried out both at the Forensic expert kollegium and in the premises of the employer, provided that these premises comply with the minimum requirements for a polygraph examiner's office.
The Forensic expert kollegium is the first forensic institution in the Republic of Belarus that provides services for special psychophysiological examinations (testing) using a polygraph, which has successfully passed the management system certification for compliance with the requirements of the new version of the state standard STB ISO 9001-2015. Polygraph surveys are carried out by certified forensic experts and polygraph examiners.
