The most common defects in blenders, food processors and juicers are:
- failures of kitchen appliances for grinding products due to failure of the electric motor, clutch or control relay;
- cracks (brittle fractures) on the drive housing (motor block) and on the bowls;
- destruction of the latches on the drive housing (motor block) or on the attached elements;
- inappropriate speed of the cutting knife;
- increased vibration;
- high noise level;
- excessive power consumption.
The most common causes of blenders, food processors and juicers malfunctioning are:
- design errors made at the factory when designing blenders, food processors and juicers;
- improper repair of drives of blenders, food processors and juicers, unacceptable design changes made by the repair organization without agreement with the manufacturer and the customer;
- use of low-quality polymeric materials by the manufacturer;
- improper operation of blenders, food processors and juicers (excessive loading of the bowl, an attempt to grind products that are not intended for processing in this type of kitchen appliances, non-compliance with the rules for assembling and disassembling detachable elements of kitchen appliances, unacceptable impact on kitchen appliances).
