On June 6th, 2024, the "Belarus Segodnya" newspaper published an article dedicated to the fight for their rights of consumers who purchased a lawn mower that subsequently failed after only a few uses. The seller's inspection of the lawn mower's functionality, as well as an expertise commissioned by another expert organization, showed that the breakdown occurred due to the consumer's violation of the maintenance and operation rules. Buyers who disagreed with the conclusions of the expertise contacted the consumer protection society. After a statement of claim was filed with the Partizansky district court of Minsk, a repeat expertise of the lawn mower was conducted by the Forensic expert kollegium. The expertise showed that the consumer was not at fault for the breakdown of the lawn mower, and that the product had a defect made at the stage of manufacturing the cylinder and engine assembly. Also, during the expertise, it was established that the lawn mower, which was positioned for sale as Swedish, was in fact made in China. As a result, the consumers were refunded the cost of the lawn mower, as well as the amount for penalties and moral damages. The seller also paid more than 4 thousand rubles in fines, state fees, payments to the consumer protection society and the cost of the expertise.

In № 1 (January-March) of the quarterly scientific and practical magazine "Land of Belarus" of the State property committee of the Republic of Belarus, an article by the Director of the Forensic expert kollegium Gennady Ignatkovich was published in collaboration with the Director of the Centr ocenki, LLC Anna Gaya Lapinskaja. On 11th, January, 2021 the specialist in commodity expertise of the Forensic expert kollegium Anna Shrubok took part in the TV program «Good morning, Belarus» on channel Belarus 1. The section of the program was devoted to the topic «How to protect yourself on ice-crusted ground?». Anna gave the audience advice on how to choose the right winter shoes so as not to slip or fall on snow and ice.

The technical expertise expert of the Forensic expert kollegium Yuri Rakov acted as the expert in resolving a dispute that arose between two citizens - the seller and the buyer of a video card. One of the men purchased the product from another through an ad posted on the Internet. According to the buyer, the video card turned out to be faulty. The expertise of the product, which was held at the Forensic expert kollegium, confirmed the fatal damage of the video card, but the previous owner does not agree with the court’s decision taken not in his favor - the man claims that the card was not faulty at the time of transfer to the buyer.

On 26th of December, 2018, was published the 48th issue of «Belgazeta» newspaper with an article written by the Director of the Forensic expert kollegium Gennady Ignatkovich. In the article the Director summarized the results of the outgoing year for the company, which can definitely be called positive. In the 2018, the Forensic expert kollegium continued its stable and confident work in the field of forensic expertise conduction as the main activity of the company. The related directions of the organization’s work also were developing dynamically and actively. The number of certified forensic experts among employees has increased, employees of the company improved their skills both in the Republic of Belarus and abroad - in Lithuania, Russia, and Ukraine. In 2019, the Forensic expert kollegium will be celebrating its 10^th anniversary. The company is planning to continue its development and growth, while maintaining its usual approach to all of the types of services offered - to do its job well. At the end of the article, Gennady Ignatkovich congratulated the readers of «Belgazeta», the company's customers and all of the citizens of the Republic of Belarus on the upcoming New Year and wished them happiness, higher incomes and joy.
