On May, 17 the employees of the Forensic expert kollegium, including the Director of the company, Gennady Ignatkovich, took part in a seminar organized by the Association of evaluation organizations for Belarusian appraisers. The training was held in the form of a master class on the use of modern IT products in performing independent evaluation. The seminar and master class was held by Roman Babenko, professional appraiser, member of the Council of the Russian society of appraisers, expert of the self-regulating organization of appraisers of the Russian society of appraisers, the Chairman of the Rostov regional branch of the All-Russian public organization – the Russian society of appraisers.

On April, 11-12 the Forensic expert kollegium experts took part in the II Republican congress of evaluation activities performing organizations, which was held in the «Belarus» hotel in Minsk. The Director of the Forensic expert kollegium Gennady Ignatkovich spoke at the event with a report on the topic «Appraiser and forensic expert. Issues of interaction» The event was organized by the State committee of property of the Republic of Belarus and the Association of evaluation organizations. The Chairman of the Association of evaluation organizations Svetlana Yurenya also spoke at the congress with two reports. More than 100 specialists from Belarus, Armenia, Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation took part in the Republican congress.

The technical expertise expert of the Forensic expert kollegium Yuri Rakov acted as the expert in resolving a dispute that arose between two citizens - the seller and the buyer of a video card. One of the men purchased the product from another through an ad posted on the Internet. According to the buyer, the video card turned out to be faulty. The expertise of the product, which was held at the Forensic expert kollegium, confirmed the fatal damage of the video card, but the previous owner does not agree with the court’s decision taken not in his favor - the man claims that the card was not faulty at the time of transfer to the buyer.

Today the Forensic expert kollegium turns 10 years old!

We would like to express our gratitude for the cooperation to all of our partners and colleagues and to each of our clients - for the confidence placed in us.

Over the past 10 years, a lot has changed at the Forensic expert kollegium. Our staff has grown 7 times - in 2009, 10 employees began to work in the company, and today more than 70 qualified specialists and certified forensic experts work for the Forensic expert kollegium. The range of services offered to customers is constantly expanding. Nowadays our company carries out judicial and pre-trial expertise in various areas: building and technical, autotechnical, merchandising, economic, expertise on the objects of civil rights evaluation. Our specialists offer services for the integrated management of construction activities and the inspection of buildings and structures. The Forensic expert kollegium carries out diagnostics and research of technological equipment, research into the causes of industrial accidents, as well as polygraph (lie detector) testing and much more.
During its existence, the company has changed its location. From a small office, the Forensic expert kollegium has moved to a business center, where it now occupies an entire floor. Our main office today is located in the center of Minsk, at the address: 11A, Zhukovskogo St., 4th floor. Also is successfully functioning the representative office of the Forensic expert kollegium in the city of Bobruisk. There, on Komsomolskaya St., 25, is located the forensic expertise department of the company.

On March 28, 2019 at the Forensic expert kollegium was held a seminar «Issues of forensic expertise assignment» for lawyers. A presentation on «The peculiarities of the expertise on the circumstances of accidents: documents confirming the presence or absence of a cause-and-effect relationship with an accident» topic was made by a forensic expert, Konstantin Dadzkou. Also the speakers at the seminar were the Director of the Forensic expert kollegium Gennady Ignatkovich and the economic expertise specialist Galina Hristenko, who made a presentation on «The peculiarities of conducting forensic economic expertise (the causes of economic insolvency (bankruptcy); subsidiary responsibility of the heads of organization and business owners; calculation of the amount of payable operating costs; calculation of the amount of damage caused, etc.)».
