On 22.11.2017 the Forensic expert kollegium held a practice-oriented seminar «Questions of forensic expertise commission». The event was dedicated to the following topics: «The peculiar properties of building and technical expertise conduction, connected with  partition of households and land plots, and land disputes», « The peculiar properties of building and technical expertise conduction in  civil proceedings». The director of the Forensic expert kollegium Ignatkovich Gennady N.,  the head of the real estate expertise department of the Forensic expert kollegium Filipchyk Olga A. and the head of the building and technical expertise department of the Forensic expert kollegium Petrenko Alexander V. were the speakers at the seminar.

Twenty-six lawyers participated in the event, including the vice-president of the Belarussian Republican attorneys’ bar association Matusevych Tatsiana V. and the president of the Minsk Region attorneys’ bar association Smirnova Irina M.

The seminar was also attended by representatives of  legal organizations and law offices from all of the regional centers and other cities of the Republic of Belarus.

Participants of the seminar highly appreciated the relevance and usefulness of the knowledge gained at the event. The listeners especially noted the value of analyzing practical situations in the field of construction and technical expertise, which the experts of the organizing company encountered during their work.
