In 1992, he graduated from the Minsk higher engineering anti-aircraft missile school with a degree in «Automated control systems» and was awarded the qualification of «electronics engineer».

From 1992 to 1993, he served in the Armed forces of the Republic of Belarus in officer positions.

From 1993 to 2001, he served in the internal affairs bodies of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Belarus in expert positions.

From 2001 to 2020, he served in the state security bodies of the Republic of Belarus in expert and managerial positions.

In 2020, he retired after completing the required years of service.

From 2025 to the present, he has been working at the Forensic expert kollegium as a specialist in criminalistic expertise.
