The Forensic expert kollegium provides the following examinations of the parameters of the microclimate of serviced areas of residential, public, administrative and service buildings:
- indoor air temperature;
- temperature of internal fences surfaces;
- temperature of heating devices surfaces;
- air flow speed;
- relative air humidity;
- resulting room temperature;
- local asymmetry of the resulting temperature.
Examinations are carried out in accordance with GOST 30494-96 “Residential and public buildings. Indoor microclimate parameters” (put into effect on the territory of the Republic of Belarus since January, 1st, 1999, by the order of the Ministry of architecture and construction of the Republic of Belarus dated August, 31st, 1998, № 309).
According to GOST 30494-96, the permissible microclimate standards in the serviced area (in the set design parameters of outdoor air) must correspond to the following values:
