In 1977, he graduated from the Ryazan higher military automobile school and holds a higher technical education degree with the qualification of «Engineer for the operation and repair of automotive equipment».

From 1977 to 1987, he served in the Armed Forces in officer positions related to the operation and repair of automotive equipment and the supply of spare parts.

In 1989, he graduated from the engineering department of the automobile faculty of the Leningrad military academy of logistics and transport with the same specialization.

From 1989 to 2001, he continued serving in the Armed Forces in officer positions related to the operation and repair of automotive equipment, the provision of troops with spare parts and equipment, and the training of drivers and junior specialists.

From 2001 to 2002, he worked as a specialist in the departmental supervision system of the Ministry of industry of the Republic of Belarus on matters concerning the quality of products manufactured by enterprises of the Ministry of industry (primarily RUE «Minsk Motor Plant», RUE «Minsk Tractor Works», and JSC «Gomselmash») and the organization of their warranty service.

From 2002 to 2003, he worked as the Head of the diagnostic section for vehicles intended for the transportation of dangerous goods.

He has the appropriate training and work experience as an expert-auditor in the field of product certification (vehicle components, spare parts and accessories) and as an expert-auditor in the field of service certification (automotive service). From 2003 to 2010, he worked as an expert-auditor in the certification bodies for automotive services and vehicle components, spare parts and accessories of BelNIIT «Transtekhnika».

Since 2010, he has been working at the Forensic expert kollegium and currently holds the position of specialist in automotive technical expertise.

In 2017 and 2023, he completed advanced training at the State Educational Institution «Institute for advanced training and retraining of personnel of the State committee of forensic expertise of the Republic of Belarus» under the program «Current issues of forensic automotive technical expertise» (certificates № 2643400 and № 3974831).
