The Forensic expert kollegium conducts expertise of construction services in pre-trial and judicial procedures.
Expertise of construction services in the pre-trial procedure is carried out in the following cases:
- acceptance of apartments in new buildings (upon transfer from the developer to the shareholder);
- participation in a commission during the transfer of an apartment from the developer to the shareholder;
- participation in a commission when drawing up the commissioning act of a construction object;
- determination of the volume and quality of construction and repair works both in general and by individual types;

- Determination and formation of the need for additional documentation for conducting the examination.
- Preliminary visit of a specialist to the object of examination, if necessary.
- Conclusion of a contract for the provision of services/conducting the examination.
- Visit of a specialist to the object of examination, conducting inspection and measurement works with recording of results on site.
- Processing of data obtained as a result of inspection, conducting the examination based on the obtained data with preparation of an expert conclusion.
- Formulation of specific conclusions.
- Transfer of the conclusion to the applicant with provision of consultation.
- Representation of the specialist in court with provision of explanations on the prepared conclusion, if needed.
The general specificity of expertise conducted in the pre-trial procedure lies in the fact that the questions to be resolved during the expertise are formulated directly by the expert organization within contractual relations with the client and in a free form, whereas in forensic expertise the questions to be resolved are determined directly by the court.
