The Forensic expert kollegium conducts analysis and development of operational documentation for various types of industrial equipment. At present, the market of the Republic of Belarus offers a wide range of equipment for various purposes from manufacturers from Europe, Southeast Asia, and other foreign regions. Each unit of equipment, depending on its purpose, must be supplied with operational, repair, and other types of technical documentation.
On the territory of the Republic of Belarus, as a member state of the Customs Union, only equipment that complies with the technical regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU), as well as other technical normative legal acts, is allowed for sale. These technical regulations include, among other things, requirements for the content of technical documentation.
Often, technical documentation supplied with imported equipment contains certain inconsistencies with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union and technical normative legal acts. According to Belarusian technical legislation, such equipment cannot be put into operation (operation of equipment without properly оформленной technical documentation constitutes a gross violation of technical legislation).
The Forensic expert kollegium provides services for assessing technical documentation for compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union and other technical normative legal acts, with the issuance of recommendations for eliminating identified inconsistencies. Specialists of the Forensic expert kollegium also provide services for the full or partial development of operational (technical) documentation in accordance with the mandatory requirements of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Community.
Analysis of technical documentation at the Forensic expert kollegium is carried out by qualified specialists possessing knowledge of legislation in the field of industrial safety, as well as specialized knowledge in the field of technical expertise.
