The Forensic expert kollegium conducts polygraph examinations only with the voluntary consent of the person being tested. 

The Forensic expert kollegium does not conduct special psychological examinations (tests) using a polygraph of the following persons:

• citizens suffering from cardiovascular diseases, who are in a pre-infarction or pre-stroke state;
• citizens suffering from epilepsy or severe hysteria;
• citizens who are in a state of physical or moral exhaustion;
• persons experiencing severe unrecoverable pain;
• citizens who are in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication;
• persons under the influence of sedatives, antidepressants, special medications that have an inhibitory or strongly tonic effect on person being tested;
• pregnant women;
• minors (under 18 years);
• law enforcement officers, military personnel and employees of paramilitary formations (without a written order from their immediate superiors).

The Forensic expert kollegium is the first forensic institution in the Republic of Belarus that provides services in conducting special psychological examinations (tests) using a polygraph, which has successfully passed the certification of the management system for compliance with the requirements of the new version of the state standard STB ISO 9001-2015. Surveys using a polygraph are carried out by certified forensic experts, psychologists and polygraph examiners, therefore, all the requirements for the procedure of conducting special psychophysiological examinations are strictly observed at the Forensic expert kollegium.
