In 2008, he graduated from the Belarusian state technological university.

From 2008, he worked as a Junior Research Associate at the State Institution «Research institute of criminalistics and Forensic expertise of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus».

In 2008–2009, he completed specialized training in the expert specialty «Industrial goods expertise».

In 2009, he obtained the qualification of forensic expert.

Since 2009, he worked as a forensic expert at the State institution «Center for forensic expertise and criminalistics of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Belarus».

Since 2010, he has been an expert at the Forensic expert kollegium.

From 2017 to the present, he has been serving as Head of the department of technical expertise at the Forensic expert kollegium.

Certificate of assignment of the qualification of a forensic expert № 172 dated August 26, 2010, in the field of «Forensic commodity expertise of non-food products», issued by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Belarus and subsequently renewed by the State committee of forensic expertise of the Republic of Belarus.

Advanced training certificate № 4929506 dated September 12, 2025, under the program «Modern approaches to conducting forensic commodity expertise», issued by the State educational institution «Institute for advanced training and retraining of personnel of the State committee of forensic expertise of the Republic of Belarus».

Certificate of competence No. BY/112 09.01.072.01 03697 for a level II visual non-destructive testing specialist in the industrial sectors «Pre-service or in-service inspections, including manufacturing» within the National conformity assessment system of the Republic of Belarus, valid until July 16, 2028.

Certificate №. 0001226 dated March 2, 2018, confirming completion of training at LLC «PKF Digital Instruments» on the topic «Measurement of vibroacoustic parameters, electromagnetic fields, microclimate parameters and lighting environment using OKTAVA, ECOFIZIKA, P3-80, Ecotherma-1, TTM-2-04, and Ecolight-01/eLight series instruments» and authorization to use the above-mentioned measuring instruments.
