On April 19, 2018 at the Forensic expert kollegium was held a seminar «Issues of forensic expertise assignment» for lawyers.
This time the event was dedicated to the following topics:
- The peculiarities of conducting building and technical expertise in the civil process.
- The peculiarities of conducting building and technical expertise related to the division of houses and land, as well as land disputes.
The seminar was attended by 21 representatives of the bar associations from Minsk and the regional centers of the Republic of Belarus.
The Director of the Forensic expert kollegium Ignatkovich Gennady N. and the head of the Department of residential real estate expertise of the Forensic expert kollegium Filipchyk Olga A. were the speakers at the event.
