On December, 19th, 2018, at the Forensic expert kollegium was held this year’s last seminar for lawyers «Issues of forensic expertise assignment». The event was visited by 26 lawyers from Minsk, regional centers and other cities of the Republic of Belarus, as well as by the Chairman of the Gomel regional lawyers’ kollegium Sergey Yefimovich. This time the practical-oriented seminar was dedicated to the following topics:
On November, 26, 2018, the State committee of forensic expertise of the Republic of Belarus issued a forensic expert certificate of qualification № 356 by type «Forensic construction and technical expertise» to the construction and technical expertise specialist of the Forensic expert kollegium Alina Pavlyukovets.
On November 15, 2018 the director of the Forensic expert kollegium Gennady Ignatkovich took part in the project «10 silly questions asked to a professional» from the series of legal podcasts of the «Sistema Jurist» portal. Gennady Nikolayevich answered the questions about forensic expertise from the podcast host Andrei Vashkevich - a lawyer, the Partner of the law office SPP Stepanovski, Papakul & Partners Attorneys at Law.
On November 21, 2018, the Director of the Forensic expert kollegium Gennady Ignatkovich spoke as an expert at a discussion and practical round-table organized by the legal portal "Sistema Jurist". The event was devoted to the topic “Building expertise in a lawsuit: when to state, how to use, how to challenge?”.
