On October, 17 on the Onliner portal there was published an article on the conflict between consumers - a married couple from the city of Minsk, and a sole proprietor, with whom an agreement on the ceiling plasterboard installation, its spackling and painting in their apartment was signed. The Forensic expert kollegium took part in resolving the dispute - dissatisfied with the quality of the performed finishing works consumers applied to our organization for an expertise. According to the results of the expertise carried out by the specialists of the Forensic expert kollegium, including the Deputy Head of the department of construction and technical expertise, the forensic expert Alexander Khinko, it was established that the work was indeed performed in violation of the TAP. The final decision on this conflict situation will be made in court.
