In 1993, he graduated from the automotive and tractor faculty of the Belarusian state polytechnic academy with a degree in «Organization and road traffic safety».

From 1993 to 2005, he worked at the laboratory of forensic automotive research of the Research institute of problems of criminology, criminalistics and forensic expertise of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Belarus in the positions of junior research associate, research associate, and Head of the road traffic accident sector.

In 1994, he was awarded the qualification of a forensic expert for conducting expertise in specialty 7.1 «Investigation of road traffic accident circumstances by calculation methods» (Certificate № 38).

In 1996, he was awarded the qualification of a forensic expert for conducting expertise in specialty 7.2 «Examination of vehicle components» (Certificate № 54).

In 1998, he was awarded the qualification of forensic expert for conducting expertisein specialty 7.3 «Transport traceology» (Certificate № 80).

In 2005–2006, he worked as a leading specialist in automotive technical research at the Public association «Consumer protection».

From 2006 to 2016, he worked at SP CJSC «Millennium Group» and LLC «RedMotors» in the positions of warranty engineer, service station quality engineer, and senior service station engineer.

During the validity period of his certificate, beginning on April 24, 2009, he worked as a forensic expert in the following forensic institutions:

• From 2009 to 2012 at CJSC «Belarusian Shipping Company»;
• From 2009 to 2016 at ALC «FedCon»;
• From 2014 to 2016 at LLC «PravitExpert».

Since 2016, he has been a forensic expert specialist in auto-technical expertise at the Forensic expert kollegium.

From 2017 to the present, he has been serving as Head of the department of auto-technical expertise at the Forensic expert kollegium.

Certificate of qualification as a forensic expert № 123 dated April 24, 2009, issued by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Belarus granting the right to conduct forensic expert activities, and subsequently renewed by the State committee of forensic exprtise of the Republic of Belarus in the field of: forensic auto-technical expertise (technical condition of vehicle parts and components).

Certificate of qualification as a forensic expert № 123-1 dated April 24, 2009, issued by the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Belarus granting the right to conduct forensic expert activities, and subsequently renewed by the State committee of forensic expertise of the Republic of Belarus in the field of: forensic auto-technical expertise (transport traceological expertise).

Certificate of qualification as a forensic expert № 123-2 dated April 24, 2009, issued by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus granting the right to conduct forensic expert activities, and subsequently renewed by the State Committee of Forensic Examinations of the Republic of Belarus in the field of: forensic auto-technical expertise (determination of road traffic accident circumstances by calculation methods).

Certificate of completion of the training seminar held on May 15–16, 2025, on the topic «Quality control of paint, varnish and protective coatings» at UE «BELGAZPROMDIAGNOSTIKA».

In 2016, 2020, and 2023, he completed advanced training at the State educational institution «Institute for advanced training and retraining of personnel of the State committee of forensic expertise of the Republic of Belarus» under the program «Current issues of forensic auto-technical expertise» (Certificates № 2471508, № 3138381, and № 3974830).

In 2017, 2018, and 2021, he completed training courses in the analysis and simulation of road traffic accidents using the PC Crash software.
